SUMMARY:TACOMA Juneteenth Event
DESCRIPTION:This event will be huge this year. Music\, speakers\, food trucks and more. \nWe need several people to help host our WW Table. \n\n3 Set up people starting at 9am\, will need to load and unload our materials\, then move the vehicle to the designated parking space.\nFrom 11 am to 6pm volunteers every two hours to help with tabling and walking around the event with handouts!\nClean-up crew to be out of the area by 6pm.  We can assess how the event is going if we want to end earlier\nPeople will take breaks as needed.\n\nWe will have a planning meeting on June 11th for this event at 7:30 pm. A Zoom link will be sent to those who RSVP. Please look the Pierce County Slack Channel for a poll that has been created to sign up for times to be at the event. \nWe will have a great a time.  Walking around\, talking with people and enjoying the afternoon! \n  \n \n\nSpread the word:

We’ll need volunteers to set up\, staff\, and take down the booth\, plus amazing volunteers to roam the crowd. \nEvent Time is from noon to 8 pm. With Volunteer Time earlier and later for setup and breakdown. We will break the day into multiple volunteer shifts so people can choose how much time they can give. \nRSVP and let us know which shifts you can do or what times you can be there.
