DESCRIPTION:Join me for an introduction to collecting signatures for Universal Healthcare! \nI’m Linda in Issaquah\, and I would love to have you join me at a neighborhood farmer’s market this Saturday. It’s a fantastic way to get a feel for what signature gathering entails. \nHere’s Where We’ll Be\nThe Issaquah Farmer’s Market is held every Saturday over the summer in the parking lot by the Pickering Barn (across the street from Costco).  \nThis event is reliably great: there’s a designated space for us to set up a station (i.e. a free speech zone) that is mostly in the shade\, ample space for physical distancing\, and easy access to restrooms\, food\, and drinks! \nI’ll be there at 9am to set up a table with our signs and sheets! \nWhat To Know & Bring\nThis is a great event to get started at (it’s how I got started collecting signatures)\, and it’s always more fun in numbers! \nAlways bring items to keep yourself comfortable like water\, snacks\, a hat\, SPF\, and always wear comfortable shoes.  FYI this farmer’s market does not allow dogs. \nBring and wear any Whole Washington-related items or supplies if you have them. \n \n\nSpread the word:
