Where Can I Find Whole Washington?

CHECK OUT THE WHOLE WA SEATTLE PRIDE MAP

Saturday, 6/25

Whole Washington will set up a table in Cal Anderson Park and be roving all over Capitol Hill for the festivities!

Set Up Time 8-10am

  • Hoping for the same spot we had for March for our Lives - near the north end of the park.
  • Look for our red canopy
  • We’ll post on social media with pictures and exact location once we're set up.

Break Down Time 8pm ISH

Sunday, 6/26

Whole Washington will be in the parade and all over Seattle Center!

Set Up Time 8-10 AM in the area of 4th Ave and Cherry St

    • We’ll try to have a small table in the Parade Staging Area
    • We’ll post on social media with pictures and exact location.
    • Look for our table, wagons, signs.

Parade Staging Time 1:15 - 1:45 PM- at the corner of 4th Ave and Cherry St

    • We’re Group #159
    • IMPORTANT: Bring your vaccination card, photo of your vaccination card, or proof of negative PCR test
    • We’ll need help with breakdown after the parade leaves.

Seattle Center

    • We have a Supply Stop thanks to a generous vendor, a Whole WA volunteer, Alice. She'll have fun Pride wings, capes and more!
    • Booth F11 on the perimeter of the International Fountain — just to the West of the fountain
    • Cooler and volunteer supplies available
    • Please do not impede Alice's sales

How Else Can I Find You?

Look for our petition boards! Some volunteers may be wearing our red volunteer T-shirts but some volunteers will be dressed up for Pride. Fingers crossed we’ll have buttons!

Do I Have to Work a Full Shift or Check In?

Nope! Collect signatures when and for as long as you want. We’ll be there for you if you need us or any supplies. These amazing events are two of the most positive and beneficial of the entire campaign. You'll have a blast getting a lot of signatures from wonderful people.

If you’d like to work specific shifts, we’re all for it! RSVPing for shifts helps others see who will be where, especially if you’re trying to find each other.

TO RSVP for SATURDAY

TO RSVP for SUNDAY

What if I’ve Never Collected Signatures Before?

No problem! This is a no-experience-necessary kind of gig! We'll get you prepared when you pick up supplies. Plus there will be experienced volunteers that would love to have you shadow them until you feel comfortable. It’s easy, fun, and rewarding! Just ask for Jen, Karen, Jenny, or Lisa.

What If I Don’t Want to Gather Signatures?

For Saturday, we’ll have a shaded table where you can oversee the table.

For Sunday, we’re thrilled to be in the parade this year! Please consider walking with us!

  • Dress up however you like. We’ll be waving, passing our lit, carrying signs, etc.
  • We’d LOVE to have kids walk with us!
  • Please bring your COVID-19 vaccination card or a photo of your card!  All adults and children ages 5 and older who are marching in the parade need to show proof of COVID-19 vaccination or a recent negative PCR test. Children younger than 5 need to have evidence of a recent negative PCR test (within 48 hours).

What Should I Wear?

Absolutely anything that makes your heart sing! It’s Pride after all. If you want to wear your Whole Washington T-shirt, great! Not required. Just please take care of your feet and skin, ok? It’s going to be a hot one. Hats are very helpful!

What Should I Bring?

Be as self-sufficient as possible. Bring your own boards and petitions if you have them. We can supply if not. Make sure to have a well-stocked bag of comforts, including water, snacks, SPF, a hat, and more snacks.

What Can I Bring?

We may want people to bring a couple bags of ice, some cans of soda and soda water, and shareable snacks. If you have a way to easily bring in or drop off these items, let’s coordinate and thank you!

Thank you for being a part of these amazing events! Seattle Pride will get us closer to the goal of 400,000 signatures and Universal Healthcare for everyone!
