Those traveling temporarily out of the state are covered.
Those living here for a temporary job are covered.

And to make sure it’s in writing:
No person shall, on the basis of race, color, national
origin, age, disability, or sex, including sex stereotyping, gender
identity, sexual orientation, and pregnancy and related medical
conditions, be excluded from participation in, be denied the benefits

or any entity conducting, administering, or funding a health program
or activity, including contracts of insurance, under this chapter.
