To align on our strategic priorities, clarify our offensive and defensive strategies, and define how we will organize for collective power in the years ahead.

• Objective: To ground ourselves in our shared mission, aligning our work with our values, and finding our shared commitments.
• Objective: To move from a list of possibilities to a unified, proactive strategy for advancing our vision of an equitable and affordable public health plan
• Focus: HUX, the Washington Health Trust (WHT), and a potential ballot Initiative.

• Defensive Strategy: Protecting Our Healthcare Safety Net
  • Objective: To align on a rapid-response strategy to protect our communities from immediate threats
