Town Hall – Olympia

June 12 @ 10:00 am - 11:00 am

Free

Whole Washington is coming to Olympia along with the League of Women Voters to create a space for open dialog about the failures of the current for-profit system and what we can do about it. We’ll be meeting at the River’s Edge. This is a non-partisan, educational event – open to the public.  Whole WA will present about 20 minutes of content and then move to  an open Q & A.  Everyone has a story and we want to hear yours!  We can provide highlights regarding how the Washington Health Trust will resolve or begin to resolve your issues and answer your questions.

We believe we can do better by establishing the Washington Health Trust and designing a nonprofit system that works for patients and providers, without the corrupting influence of for-profit insurance companies. We believe unions, small businesses and our communities will benefit greatly by disconnecting healthcare from employment and ensuring healthy families, longer and more productive lives and a healthy workforce.  Join us and help us “Make Healthcare Happen.”
