I support Whole Washington / the Washington Health Trust / Universal Healthcare because families should not be fearful of another medical bill. Let alone be harassed by Collections Agencies. I also believe that we must ensure Non-Emergent Medical Transportation (NEMT) expansion to ensure the elderly, disabled, or both are able to make it to their doctors, dialysis, etc. appointments. The funds saved from this may be reinvested into our communities, such as a couples counseling for our state Prisons. Mental health is also a great step towards lowering the recidivism rate.
