🍎 NEW! Commission Team – Join now

We have some exciting news.

The Commission Team is Forming Now

We’re looking for volunteers to join a new team to focus on the WA State Universal Health Care Commission (UHCC) and its progress. The Commission is tasked with making “…the health care system more accessible by increasing access to quality, affordable health care.”

That simply isn’t good enough. It’s up to us to ensure they go beyond that and recommend a clear plan to establish a single-payer, Universal Healthcare system for all Washingtonians.

4 ways to participate / Help with 1 or all

  • Provide online, written comments to the UHCC
  • Give public testimony via Zoom at a UHCC meeting (2 minutes max)
  • Lobby your elected officials about the commission (support provided)
  • Write Op-eds and Letters to the Editor about the UHCC and their progress (support provided)

MOST NEEDED QUALIFICATION?

You’ve never done it before! We’re looking for fresh voices.

BEST PERK?

You only have to participate once! Any further involvement is extra!
