🍎 Movie Nights and More

Greetings volunteers!

As we slowly head toward fall, we’re picking up the pace. This week, we have an exciting movie fundraiser and plenty of opportunities to gather signatures, but first, how many sigs have we collected so far?

Weekly Signature Count: 48,208

We’re just over twelve percent! Let’s keep the momentum going and see if we can get over twenty percent by next week’s update. You can join anytime for a two-hour shift!

Register for tonight’s 7 PM Meeting

All are welcome, no matter how new you are to our campaign. Our Monday meetings are a great way to connect, ask questions, and get the latest updates.

The showing includes a condensed version of the film and a Q & A.

Remember, this is a fundraiser! Suggested donations are $14.71.

We’re Seeking Labor Support

If you’re in a trade organization or union, we’d love to hear from you. Are you able to get us in touch with your union’s leadership? Support from the labor sector is critical for success, and we’d love to do a presentation, answer questions, and seek an endorsement. Please email [email protected]

Additionally, would it be possible to circulate petitions with your co-workers? Meetings and work events can be great places to get signatures. Remember, breakrooms are safe spaces to talk about the campaign! If you’d like petitions mailed to you for your workplace, please email [email protected]

We’ve made amazing progress, but we still have a long way to go as we near the end of August!

If you’re unable to volunteer, would you consider making a financial contribution? We’re so grateful for the help!

In solidarity,

Whole Washington
